In the world of Veldrum, beasts are common place. Some rarer than others.

Jales Hirojime, a young archer from the border of the country decides to enlist for an event: "The Grand Archipelago Hunt". Sightings of the legendary beast: The Garmoss have lead many self-proclaimed hunters to seek fame and fortune.  However, Jales isn't any other hunter. He is frail, thin and weak, so he is assigned a supervisor: Ery Rossweis. 

In the short span of three days, Jales' future will be decided. What kind of person he turns out to be is all in the player's hands!
